This pencil pinafore skirt is so versatile! It has chalked white stripes, crossover straps attached with buttons which can be adjusted in length, pencil skirt goes up to underbust with V detail, seams down front of skirt with black piping, slit at the bottom back on skirt for easy movement with a removable batty bow pin, and zip in the center back seam. Wear with a T shirt, tank top, blouse, really anything, and it's season-less! Fabric content: 75% Viscose, 22% Nylon 3% Elastane. Note that the waist isn't very stretchy, but the hips are. Machine washable, do not tumble dry, wash separately, hang dry or lay flat. Our model Julie Ann's measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5' 6" and is wearing a XS.
